Phase I
Phase I of Ridge Creek Farms was completed in 2020 and have all been sold by the developer. Please check Zillow for lots up for re-sale.
Phase II
Phase II of Ridge Creek Farms was completed in 2021 and all the lots have been sold by the developer, but Zillow for land up for re-sale.
PHASE III
Phase III currently consists of 3 tracts of land across the street from Phase II. These lots have sold and we hope to have more farm tracts for sale in the spring.
